During this lesson you will start to create a corporate identity for your school by creating a letterhead. At the end of this lesson you will:

• Know what to include in a letterhead
• Be able to create a letterhead in word
• Understand the importance of a corporate image

Take a look at the logo quiz below - it has an American slant but see how many you can get...

Interesting how the logo is dependant on the colour and style of the writing isn't it?

Activity

• You are going to create a new letterhead for the school - make a quick note of what you should include.
• Where will you get the information from?
• What colours will you use?
• Are there any extra "awards" logos you should include?

Here is the school logo - any other images you can get from the internet

Task

• Use Word to create your letterhead
• Think about the tips you saw in the Prezi
• Look at the Font used in the logo - keep it similar

Plenary

Peer assessment - Leave your letterhead open on screen and swap seats with your neighbor. Look at your neighbors work and write a short assessment on a sticky below.
